A market dominating patient satisfaction data analytics and gathering company working under the umbrella of a large healthcare accreditation provider to provide insights into better care for patients, this organisation is critical to the flourishing and betterment of the healthcare industry. Your role is mission critical to the success of this organisation and you will be valued as such.
Reporting to the Operations Manager you will quickly become a subject matter expert on this in house bespoke software and will be the go to regarding training new personnel, planning and implementing improvements, and resolving support tickets. You will also apply your Project Management experience and natural leadership ability to work closely with external developers to achieve roadmap outcomes.
To be considered for this position, you will have not only Software Development experience utilising SQL and ASP.NET, but you will also have transferable or direct skills relating to Project Management and IT Support. Experience in working with or designing bespoke in house software will be highly regarded for this position.
