Crews (shifts) Available: A, B, C & D Crews.

• Day Crew(s) – A & B: 7am – 7pm. Work seven (7) twelve (12) hour shifts in a two (2) week period, alternating weekends. Monday/Tuesday ON; Wednesday/Thursday OFF; Friday/Saturday/Sunday ON; Monday/Tuesday OFF; Wednesday/Thursday ON; Friday/Saturday/Sunday OFF.
• Night Crew(s) *Shift Differential – C & D: 7pm – 7am. Work seven (7) twelve (12) hour shifts in a two (2) week period, alternating weekends. Monday/Tuesday ON; Wednesday/Thursday OFF; Friday/Saturday/Sunday ON; Monday/Tuesday OFF; Wednesday/Thursday ON; Friday/Saturday/Sunday OFF.

We will Train

Production Machine Operator Overview:

• Run machines and perform setups, adjustments, and troubleshooting as required. Including but not limited to cold startup and shutdown, mold cleaning, mold approvals, and minor troubleshooting.
• Report unusual conditions or faulty operations to proper supervision in a timely manner.
• Must train and be capable of running all machines as instructed.
• Perform all material handling related functions including loading and remove parts from machines.
• Communicate in a timely manner to team leaders and mechanics.
• Be able to move (push, pull, or otherwise manipulate) materials up to 30 lbs.
• Perform repetitive operations following standard methods or direct instructions requiring the use of some judgment in detecting and clearing misloaded parts. Ensure a constant flow of components as necessary to run machines.
• Be alert to detect and remove defective material and follow SDN work instructions for non-conforming material.
• Must fill out all paperwork completely as required using proper GDP.
• Will be the sole owner of the quality of work coming from the assigned machine
• Must be able to work effectively in a Team environment assisting others as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
