These are exciting times at Education Development Trust. Having secured a number of important new programmes in recent months to support schools and teachers around England, we are recruiting a new team of Customer Service Advisers to support our clients, provide customer service advice, respond to queries and update key information.
As a Customer Service Adviser, you will be responsible for delivery of a responsive point of contact service providing information, advice and guidance and delivering an excellent and high-quality customer service experience. You will ensure that all email queries and helpline calls are dealt with in a professional and efficient manner and in line with specified customer service standards, ensuring all customer information is recorded accurately on our Client Relationship Management system. You will be involved in updating resources and materials as well as have the opportunity to support improvements to processes and ways of working to improve the customer service experience.
This role would suit someone who has experience in delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced setting, comfortable with dealing with queries over the phone, via email or live-chat. We are looking for great team players with excellent IT skills combined with strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience working with schools or educators would also be of interest but is not essential. We are keen to hear from individuals interested in both fixed-term and permanent opportunities as this role will support a multi-year programme with the strong likelihood of extension, and we are always recruiting great people for future contracts and contract extensions.
