EIG Property Management Hiring for Apartment Cleaner at Minneapolis, MN Full Time

EIG Property Management is seeking a Cleaner to clean vacant apartments, hallways, grounds and other common areas at its apartments. Our properties are located in Minneapolis, St. Paul and surrounding suburbs. Our cleaners are provided a company vehicle and rove throughout the metro (and therefore you must have a clean driving record). EIG has over 30 properties and more than 1,000 apartment units.

Responsibilities

• Clean vacant apartments in a tight schedule before a new tenant moves in.

• Clean hallways, laundry rooms, entryways, grounds, trash collection points, etc.

• Weekly office cleaning.

• Ad hoc special cleaning assignments.

• Document cleaning work, recording information in an app.

• Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects

• Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs

• Stock and maintain cleaning supplies

• Follow all health and safety regulations

Skills

• Proven working experience as a cleaner

• Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery

• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies

• Integrity

• High school degree

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $21.00 per hour
