Key Account Director role at EIMS EMEA (Global marketing agency)

• OTE 45,000 -60,000 GBP (negotiable based on experience)
• Remote position to work for our Barcelona or Bournemouth(UK) office
• Career progression to step up to Account Director, Client Services Director and Business Unit Director

Your objective is to grow & retain your portfolio of accounts by building relationships & successfully delivering Demand Generation & Sales programs (did we mention some of our clients include: Adobe, Magento & SAP!).

Job responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of EIMS accounts (1 to 3) and provide the highest standard of support, analysis and insights to ensure account and campaign success to increase revenue opportunities
• Build outstanding relationships with all clients and become a trusted advisor for their Sales and Marketing teams
• Identify opportunities for account expansion and educate our clients on EIMS’ end-to-end services
• Provide regular (e.g Weekly & Quarterly Business Reviews) service reviews and a high level of insights and communication to all account contacts
• Deliver against a quarterly sales target through a mixture of retention and growth
• Work cross-functionally with the EIMS operational team to ensure your accounts are performing to the client’s expectations
• Working with the leadership team to develop strategic objectives to enhance your clients ROI

Knowledge/Skills/Experience

• 1 + years’ experience as B2B Account Manager / Project manager / Client Relationship Manager or similar (client facing role) (Required)
• 1+ years of B2B Marketing or Outsourcing Agency experience (Required)
• Appetite to identify, drive & manage business growth
• Pro-active, autonomous approach to go beyond client expectations
