Position Description

In this role you will be responsible for:
Coordinates the care of transplant patients including pre and post operative transplant treatment
Job performs patient and donor transplant evaluations and patient education

If you possess the following qualifications, please apply immediately:
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required
Current Pennsylvania RN license, active and in good standing is required
PA/NP preferred
CPR certification through the American Heart Association required
CCTC certification preferred or must obtain within 2 years of hire
Current BLS provider, ACLS preferred
Minimum 2 years acute care hospital experience required; transplant experience preferred
Successful completion of a skills based test required

Physical Demands:
Physical Requirements: Walking, assisting patients
Visual Requirements: Able to read patient charts and doctors notes
Hearing Requirements: Able to communicate effectively
Working Conditions: Doctors office, hospital for bedside consultations and teaching
