Why this Role?
I’m working with Eir on the North West FOTS Team since Nov 2019. My interest in taking the job was 2 fold, the potential earnings and the flexibility the role allows for personal/family life. I have a daily/weekly target to hit, the added incentive for surpassing this target is between €750 and €1200 weekly. I’m also heavily involved in sports locally and at a County level; this role allows the flexibility for this. I enjoy working as part of a team and the rewards justify the work I put into it.
Not only do we offer our Field Sales Representatives a direct eir contract, but you will also receive all of the following:
- Earn up to €44,500 per year inc OTE.

€25,000 base salary and €19,500 average commission based earnings - €3,250 Additional payment based on Attendance and Sales Quality
- €25,000 base salary and earn commission up to €19,500 OTE (uncapped)
- Company vehicle and fuel card

- 22 days paid annual leave (plus one nominated Company Day)
€3000 Signing on Bonus on successful applicants before the 28th of February.

I started working for eir during the Covid-19 lockdown in March 2021 as a “Field Sales Representative” and was first deployed to an off-the-road placement where I gained a strong knowledge of order processing. Since returning to my role of employment “Field Sales Representative” in May, I have earned more than €10,000 in commission. Requirements for a Successful Application:
Requirement for successful application
- Full clean Irish/EU driving license is essential
- Target driven, with a strong sales focus and desire to exceed
- Previous door to door, telecommunications or sales experience is desirable
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills & communication skills
- Assertive, confident, competitive, and energetic
- Ultimately self-motivated and able to push through rejection to deliver sales KPIs
- Competitive individual with the ability to work both independently and as part of team
- Excellence in the English Language – written and spoken
- Knowledge of telecommunications industry a plus
