As a Regional Sales Associate, you will be required to convert “leads” supplied by eir ,‘cold call’ customer premises in a defined geographical area and work off your own initiative to identify, develop

and close sales for eir

The Regional Sales Associate will develop a structured contact strategy to maximise prospects in the area and aim to sell a solution that delivers value to both the customer and to eir. The Regional Sales

Associate will split their time between cold calling and meeting clients to develop business opportunities. The split will be dictated by management and business requirements.

Hiring throughout Leinster in Carlow, Dublin, Kildare, Kilkenny, Offaly, Longford, Louth, Meath, Laoighis, Westmeath, Wexford, and Wicklow.

€31,00- €55000 per year OTE, broken down as follows:

• Salary – €31,000

• Commission – Up to €24,000

• Lunch allowance of €7 per day (3 days per week, €1,092 annually)

• High level of self-motivation and ability to work on one’s own initiative

• Excellent telephone manner to close sales and also arrange appointment’s with prospective

• Excellent interpersonal skills to build and foster relationships

• Excellent presenting skills to win business

• To maintain knowledge on all new and existing products and services from competitors

• Objection handling during customer interactions will be required in order to increase sales

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and represent eir in a professional manner at all

• Maintain an up to date level of product & procedural knowledge, taking accountability for

Requirements for successful Application

• We are looking for experienced sales professionals who have the ability close sales in person or over the phone

• Previous experience of the telecoms or energy sector an advantage

• Very Strong focus on results and achieving set targets daily, weekly & monthly

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage prospects in a defined territory

• Teamwork orientated individual able to share best practice and add to positive team dynamic while working independently to deliver individual & team KPIs

• Strong PC Skills. Microsoft Excel and email etiquette experience is essential
