Jobs Description
• Coordinate and assist in the day-to-day general administration
• Familiar with site activities
• Create and maintain proper indexes for documents filed in records
• Provide admin support such as attendance marking, tracking and logistic support
• Assist in the resource and training management
• Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior from time to time.
Requirement
• Possess minimum GCE ‘O’ level
• At least 3 years of relevant administrative experience
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Good communication, writing and interpersonal skills
• Able to multitask and prioritize daily workload
.• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
• A team player with a strong sense of responsibility & self-motivation to get tasks done independently
