We are seeking a Scheduling Assistant to join our team in Terre Haute. The scheduling team enables clients to remain living in their homes safely by managing the schedule of care provided by Elder’s Journey. Looking for a dedicated and compassionate person that wants to know what they do everyday positively affects the lives of others. Full-time positions, benefit plan (medical, dental, vision, life, short term disability) paid vacation and PTO.
Responsibilities:
- Filling unassigned shifts
- Filling called off shifts
- Answer phones
- Field questions from clients and staff
- Accurately records necessary information in the scheduling system
- On call rotation
Qualifications:
- Minimum two (2) years experience in office setting
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in fast paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well in teams
- Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
