About Us

We are a small Engineering business who specialise in equipment compliance, maintenance, repairs and upgrades in primarily educational settings. We are fully mobile covering North Sydney and Sydney Regions.

 We are in a strong growth period and are looking for the right candidate to join our small dedicated team and allow us to expand our in house services.

The business is family owned and operated with management on the tools with our staff. We strongly value good communication, fairness, work ethic and mutual respect.

 We understand the demands of modern life and are willing to offer flexibility to the right applicant- 

Eg.

– Later starts and/or earlier finishes for time to get kids to school or home

-3-4 day weeks for transition to retirement, study or other commitments 

Qualifications & experience

• Fully qualified and licenced electrican ideally with industrial experience (3 phase equipment, basic control ect) 
• Experience in a field service role travelling to multiple sites 
• Full drivers license
• Police and Working With Children’s check
• Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment
• Familiarity with mobile tools and applications (Work order management software, scheduling and reporting)
• Must be willing to travel infrequently work to assist in machinery installations.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Providing service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
• Managing all on site electrical installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks on various equipment in educational/workshop environments
• Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions
• Produce timely and detailed service reports utilising our fully integrated system
• Document processes
• Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
• Self motivated individual
