Electronic Arts’ Firemonkeys Studio in Melbourne is regarded throughout the industry as a leader in delivering high-quality, engaging games on iOS and Android. We release new meaningful updates on a regular basis for our live mobile games such as Real Racing 3, The Sims FreePlay, Need for Speed, and The Sims Mobile

We are looking for dedicated Software Engineers/Programmers to join us in developing AAA mobile games. You will work with other creative developers and report to a lead engineer. We have multiple roles available for this position! You will report to the Studio Technical Director at Firemonkeys Studio.

Key Responsibilities

Programming games using C+

Programming within all areas of game development, including:
Math and 3D graphics

Game engines

User interface

Special effects

SDK

Qualifications

3 or more years of experience in Software Engineering

C++ skills are a must-have for this role

You will have worked with and extend existing code

BS in Computer Science or equivalent work/portfolio experience

Programming experience in the games industry will be highly valued
