The Sims is heading to TikTok, and you could be our first TikTok Specialist! You’ll join the Lifestyle Social Media team to shape, produce, and manage TikTok content celebrating The Sims and its community.
Role Accountabilities
- You will report to the Global Social Media Lead
- Manage all aspects The Sims TikTok account, including development of strategy, production of assets, and publication of content.
- In collaboration with the Social Media team, produce a regularly-updated social content calendar.
- Monitor conversations and engage with TikTok followers.
- Closely follow the pulse of TikTok, and the latest platform trends to propose appropriate content for The Sims social media accounts.
- Analyze content performance and channel growth analytics and provide reporting.
- Collaborate and align with the Social Media team’s campaign plans.
Requirements:
- Professional social media experience.
- Experienced TikTok social content creator with knowledge of best practices for the platform.
- Analytical approach to optimizing social strategy.
- Creative, innovative personality that is always thinking outside of the box.
- Intrigued n trendsetting social content.
- Passion and understanding of The Sims franchise recommended.
