Element Staffing Hiring for Lab Helper at Pasadena, TX Full Time

Element Staffing is recruiting for a Laboratory Intern for a very reputable contract testing laboratory in Houston, TX. The Lab Intern will be resposible for the botteling process of fuel including, filling, capping, labeling, and putting away inventory. This is a short term and paid intership. A great opportunity for recent graduates or those still in school seeking a foot in the door!

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Assist in performing various bottling related tasks to include filling labortory glassware, capping, taping and labeling bottles.
• Verify labeling information, data, numbering, etc. are correct
• Put away finished goods products according to procedure
• Use computer programs such as Microsoft Excel
• Set-up and prepare for ongoing project duties as assigned
• Follow instructions for completion of job tasks
• Adhere to correct procedures, policies, and health/safety guidelines
• Clean and maintain work area and all lab equipment and supplies
• Perform administrative functions, such as maintenance of product lists, filing, and data entry as needed

Years of Experience: No Experice Required
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Shift/Travel: Mon – Friday 8am – 5pm
Compensation: $15-$17/hr
Assignment Type: Short Term Contract – 2 weeks
Location: Houston, TX

Job Types: Temporary, Internship

Pay: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
