Location : Remote

Responsible for providing advanced customer service representation for accounts.

How you will make an impact:

• Provides customer service, which may include interpreting plan design, researching and resolving phone and written inquiries, and resolving claims, benefit, and enrollment issues.

• Resolves complex claims, benefit, and enrollment issues.

• Makes routine account visits by regularly meeting with health plans to ensure client satisfaction with plan operations.

• Coordinates open enrollment meetings, renewal process and training sessions.

• Makes recommendations for improvements to meet customers’ expectations.

• Maintains ongoing account relationships at multiple levels throughout the customers’ organizations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 3 years of experience managing business operations and/or customer relationship; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

• Sales license may be required.

• Travel may be required.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experience:

• Experience with Solution Central is highly preferred.

• Claims knowledge experience is highly preferred.

For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $50,080 to $90,144

Locations: New York City, NY; Ithica, NY and Westchester County, NY
