Title : Account Service Coordinator
Location : Remote
Hours : Standard, Eastern Standard Time

Responsible for providing advanced customer service representation for accounts.
How you will make an impact:
Provides customer service, which may include interpreting plan design, researching and resolving phone and written inquiries, and resolving claims, benefit, and enrollment issues.
Resolves complex claims, benefit, and enrollment issues.
Makes routine account visits by regularly meeting with health plans to ensure client satisfaction with plan operations.
Coordinates open enrollment meetings, renewal process and training sessions.
Makes recommendations for improvements to meet customers’ expectations.
Maintains ongoing account relationships at multiple levels throughout the customers’ organizations.
Minimum Requirements:
Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 3 years of experience managing business operations and/or customer relationship; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
Sales license may be required.
Travel may be required.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experience:
Experience with Solution Central is highly preferred.
Claims knowledge experience is highly preferred.
For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $50,080 to $90,144
Locations: New York City, NY; Ithica, NY and Westchester County, NY
