Office Assistant:

Location: Remote

Hours: M-F 8:30am-5pm

The Office Assistant is responsible for providing clerical support to “specialty” departments, such as Corporate Risk Management.

How you will make an impact:

• Monitors shared inboxes, fields requests, distributes communications timely, conducts research, maintains and accesses vendor systems to retrieve scheduled and ad hoc claim reports.

• Keys data and processes invoices, coordinates with other departments to ensure vendor contract and state regulatory compliance.

• Manages team department calendar organizing meetings and special events.

• Coordinates travel plans and tracks expenses, and tracking and filing documents

• Answer phones and screening of new clients.

• Use of electronic health record to schedule clients, check eligibility, and complete billing.

Minimum Requirements:

• H.S. Diploma and experience in an insurance office or agency; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experience:

• Behavior Health Experience

• Customer Service to members and clinical staff.

For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $16.54 to $27.58
