SalesForce Enterprise Strategy and Development Director

Location: This position will work in a hybrid model (remote and office), 0-3 times per month in the office. There may be some travel from time to time as well.

The SalesForce Enterprise Strategy and Development Director is responsible for business unit strategic planning and customer insight work.

How you will make an impact:

• Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Understands all aspects of the business and partners with executive leadership to define strategy and success criteria for the future leveraging the SalesForce platform across all Carelon business units.

• Translates strategy into defined tactics, programs/projects priorities, and timelines and ensures alignment and attainment of enterprise strategic plans to turn strategy into reality.

• Documents strategic priorities such as external environment and reports on customer insight research initiatives.

• Builds and leverages relationships to provide innovative solutions to complex business problems.

• Proposes opportunities to improve results based on continuous needs assessment. Responsible for the development implementation and monitoring of line of business planning and project activities.

Minimum Requirements:

Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field and a minimum of 10 years of related experience including prior leadership experience and 3 to 5 year strategic planning; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:

Master’s degree preferred.

Mastery in the understanding of SalesForce capabilities and how these translate into supporting complex growth environments.

Past sales, account management, and/or consulting experience desired.

Project management experience in deploying solutions leveraging Salesforce desired.

Strategic leadership and guidance on Salesforce abilities are highly preferred

The ability to travel may be required.

For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $124,160 to $223,488.
