Cheshire’s Life Plan Community, Elim Park Place is seeking an enthusiastic individual for a full time, position in the Marketing Department. Candidate will be responsible for maintaining optimal apartment occupancy levels & high customer satisfaction. Must be a self-motivated, sales driven individual that is prepared to meet sales goals in a team environment. Personal and professional qualities include being a responsive listener, genuinely empathetic ,honest and imaginative. Also important to be passionate about our community and provide excellence in customer service.

Essential Job Functions:

• Meet with prospects for sales of EPP units.
• Contact and screen prospects by telephone.
• Secure signed sales contracts and other necessary documents including payments from future residents.
• Work with Marketing and public relations consultants.
• Participate in Open House and special events programs to attract prospects and community interest.
• Maintain a lead file of prospects according to interest level categories, updating as appropriate.
• Follow up prospective resident leads as appropriate.
• Respond to questions from residents and prospects on residency agreement, disclosure statement, fee schedule, and other matters of concern or interest.

Entry Level Qualifications:

• Must possess a minimum high school degree, preferably with college education/degree in marketing, business, education, or other areas involving dealing with people.
• Must have strong writing and reading skills for English language.
• Must be able to function independently, have flexibility, personal integrity, and strong decision making skills.
• Must be able to work harmoniously with other employees.
• Must have working level of computer skills to utilize marketing programs.
• Must be able to listen compassionately and communicate effectively.
