Our client is a well-known international hotel and resort operator, who own and manage properties across many countries and regions. An opportunity now exists to lead the team at this Quality Boutique Resort Property in the South Island of New Zealand.

The ideal candidate will most likely be a current General Manager, but could be a Resort Manager, 2IC or Rooms Division Manager, with proven skills to take the next step.
You will be responsible for driving all aspects of property operations and working with all stakeholders to maximise performance, but good knowledge of rooms division and guest service roles is essential.
You will have a background in quality hotels, resorts, or lodges – a person who understands the needs and expectations of resort guests and a proven track record to effectively lead, motivate and develop the team.
You will be a genuine, empathetic leader and the ‘consummate host’, with a positive and outgoing personality.
This is a very hands-on role, so only those who are comfortable being the public face of the resort and excel interacting with guests should apply.
