The core duties and responsibilities of the Human Resources Receptionist will include scheduling and managing orientation along with all necessary onboarding tasks for any new hire employee which includes, background checks, fingerprinting, verification of any licensure/certification needed.
Managing employee time cards, any Paid Time Off and Vacation approvals, along with the duty of processing and submitting payroll. They will also be responsible for the management of employee files which includes auditing to ensure they are up to date per any regulation.
The Human Resources Receptionist will be responsible for office duties which include but are not limited to, answering phones, sorting mail, greeting visitors, faxing, copying, scanning (etc.) and ordering any office supply needed for the facility. You will also cross train and assist the Business Office Manager with the submission and oversee of invoices for any accounts payable.
