Our company is seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative/Veterinary Assistant to join our team.Previous experience in a veterinary-based environment is preferred. and is able to work independently as well as with a team. He/she must be detail-oriented, have strong communication skills and can multi-task effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customers and communicate effectively and professionally.
• hardworking individuals who love pets.
• Previous experience with Avimark veterinary software is an assisst.
• Maintain good working relationships with customers, co-workers, and management.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Manage the workload effectively to decrease the on-call load for the team.
• Work a flexible schedule.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
