Description:
Joining this team you will play a key role in designing, engineering and evolving a state of the art architecture and technology stack for our Course Builder product, a key member of our Learning product family.
Your day to to day will look like..
- Lead the technical direction of the team and providing coaching and mentoring on an ongoing basis.
- Write clean, highly-scalable and testable code in modern frameworks, in particular Node
- Drive the solution design and take ownership of the Course Builder micro-service area
- Contribute to our engineering culture by engaging in technical discussion and following industry best practices
What we would like to see you bring to the team..
- Experience in developing and maintaining medium to high complexity micro-services for a global customer base.
- Demonstrated experience with Node.JS, Cloud Infrastructure and DevOps practices
- Ability to engineer world-class software including test automation, logging, security etc.
- Understanding of contemporary software design patterns and principles
- Coaching, mentoring and stakeholder management skills.
