Scanners are responsible for scanning documents, images, and other materials into digital files.

Scanning Clerk Job Duties

Scanning clerks have a wide range of responsibilities, which can include:

• Scanning documents into electronic format or filing paper documents into storage systems.
• Entering data into computer databases and maintaining records of stored files.
• Process insurance claims by entering data into an automated system.
• Maintaining an inventory of paper stocks and supplies used for scanning.
• Maintaining security of confidential information by following data security procedures.
• Reviewing documents for scanning errors such as smudges or lines, and rescanning them if necessary.
• Answering customer questions about scanning services offered by the company.

Pay: $28-30 per HR.

This is a seasonal position and may extend till end of December.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $28.00 – $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Flagstaff, AZ: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
