CLERICAL ASSISTANT DETAILS:

• Mon-Fri 8am-5pm schedule, with some occasional flexibility required
• Assisting members & other departments with questions/issues
• Researching/resolving errors and discrepancies
• Processing mail payments and other clerical duties as needed

CLERICAL ASSISTANT QUALIFICATIONS:

• General clerical skills (phones, computer entry, file/scanning)
• Consistent work history with good customer service experience
• HS diploma/GED required to be considered for hire-on
• Business dress environment
• Work well individually and/or in a teamwork environment
• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
• A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being

employed. You will be required to complete and submit a questionnaire.
