Duties
The incumbent is responsible for performing a combination of transportation / clerical duties within the office. The duties will include but are not limited to, driving Commercial Service (CS) employees to appointments and events, driver for official visits, CS transmittal / correspondence hardcopy messenger services, transportation of cargo, and mail pick-up and distribution, all while practicing safe motor vehicle operations. Other duties include distribution of office supplies throughout the office; escort of technicians and maintenance personnel; support to CS Computer Technical Specialist in annual physical inventory of FCS assets, physical logistical set up of conference rooms, including IT, for both internal and external events; provide transportation of audiovisual equipment and promotional material to external events.

If you do not reach the required minimum score in this test, you will not be able to continue with the selection process.
