As we expand our footprint in the U.S., we are looking for an experienced marketing and growth leader to join our team in a part-time consultant role.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Marketing & Growth Manager with proven experience in digital marketing, growth strategy, and employer-focused healthcare marketing for early-stage startups.

This role is critical to driving market expansion in the U.S., with a focus on employer marketing and employee engagement. You’ll have the opportunity to shape our marketing strategy, build compelling campaigns, and execute growth initiatives that directly impact business success. You will work cross-functionally to develop creative materials, scalable growth strategies, and data-driven campaigns that engage self-funded employers, TPAs, and health plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies to engage self-funded employers, TPAs,
• and health plans in the U.S. market.
• Create compelling employer-facing marketing materials, including B2B sales enablement
• content, email campaigns, landing pages, and case studies.
• Lead employer & benefits consultant outreach initiatives, ensuring messaging resonates
• with HR decision-makers and industry stakeholders.
• Manage multi-channel marketing efforts, including SEO, paid advertising (Google Ads,
• LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.), content marketing, and social media.
• Leverage design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar) to develop high-quality
• marketing assets for campaigns and outreach.
• Analyze marketing performance data to optimize campaigns and improve employer
• engagement.
• Build and manage a structured marketing calendar, aligning campaigns with key industry
• events and employer decision cycles.
• Work cross-functionally with sales and partnerships teams across Denmark, U.K. and the U.S. to align marketing strategies with business development efforts.
• Be flexible and resourceful in a fast-paced, ever-changing startup environment.

Qualifications:

• Experience in marketing and growth, preferably with a background in early stage startups or digital health.
• Ideally experienced in working with employers and B2B2C channels.
• Proven ability to work in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with minimal direction.
• Strong creative skills with the ability to craft visually appealing and effective marketing
• materials.
• Hands-on experience with digital marketing tactics such as email marketing, paid media,
• content marketing, and social media growth.
• Experience with common SAAS applications (e.g., HubSpot, Klaviyo, Google
• Analytics, etc.) and basic design software (e.g., Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite, etc.).
• Ability to pivot and adapt strategies based on data and changing business needs.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• A growth mindset with a focus on results and an understanding of startup constraints and opportunities
