We are looking for an experienced HR Manager with a strong skillset in HR delivery to join a highly recognisable, well regarded New Zealand brand on a 5 month contract

This is an opportunity not to be missed especially if you are someone with experience in shared service delivery of HR. You will be leading a close-knit experienced team of HR professionals in the pay and contracts space.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Managing a variety of HR Processes
• Contribute to the design, development, and execution of the HR Strategy
• Lead technology improvement focused on implication and customer experience
• Assist with defining the desired culture and create a high performing organisation
• Enhancing Employee engagement
• Coaching and mentoring a diverse team

To fit in with the team a can-do attitude, great comms skills and able to build rapport quickly is key.

To Be Successful In This Role You Will Have

• Demonstrable HR Leadership experience
• Experience in, or desire to work in a system, pay and contract generation focused role
• Strong internal and external relationship building skills
• Confidence in dealing with a range of people working at all levels
• Ability to work in a changeable, fast-moving business
