Are you looking for your next challenge where no two days are the same? With varying responsibilities throughout the week.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Personal Assistant or Office Manager who can not only coordinate general PA duties and admin support with efficiency, but also assist organising key events.
Duties Include
- Diary and Travel management
- Coordinate key events and assist with set up and follow up
- Preparing documents and presentations
- Assisting with marketing and communications
- Work on ad-hoc project-based work
- Liaising with key stakeholders and senior management
- Assisting with administration for philanthropy administration
- Organising team meetings and workshops
This is a busy role that would suit someone who is incredibly organised and used to prioritising workload for extremely busy managers. We are looking for someone who enjoys multitasking, in a vibrant, fast paced environment.
In Addition To The Above Attributes, You Will Require
- Strong PA or administration background and experience
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise work
- Superior communication skills – both written and verbal
- Pro-active approach
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Packages
- Strong attention to detail
