We have an amazing opportunity to work for a well-known international organization based in the heart of the Wellington CBD. This position has varying responsibilities throughout the week supporting Senior Partners of the company, our client is looking for a person who is ready for a step up in their career!

This is a busy and challenging role that would suit someone who is incredibly organized and used to prioritising workload for extremely busy managers. You will also be a strong team player with a proactive attitude.

Duties Include

• Diary and travel management
• Managing inboxes and phones when required
• Preparing and editing documents
• Assisting with Events & Projects
• Liaising with key stakeholders and senior management

In addition to the above attributes, you will require:

• Office Management, PA or relevant PA experience
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise work
• Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
