This is a newly created role during a time of change, we are looking for a seasoned Recruitment Lead.

Our client is looking for someone to join them in a leadership role where you can get under the hood and create a succinct, seamless talent process for applicants, stakeholders and hiring managers.

There will be a small element of hands-on recruitment, as well as opportunities for process improvement and projects. This role will also be looking at facilitating internal mobility, review onboarding processes, managing supplier relationships, coaching staff, developing a team and much more!

This is an operational lead role where you will have the opportunity to roll up your sleeves and uplift business capability.

To Be Successful, You Will Bring With You

• Strong end to end internal recruitment experience
• Ability to act as a trusted partner within the business
• Track record in coaching and mentoring the business on recruitment best practice
• Ability to provide leadership and management of the talent team
• Experienced in a large, complex organisation
• Strong track record in uplifting functional capability and service delivery
• Identify innovative solutions to recruitment needs

Initial key priorities for this role are reducing time to hire, effective sourcing strategies, facilitating internal mobility in conjunction with HR, supplier value management and candidate onboarding.
