⚡️What you will be doing:

• Supporting the people experience function with owning HR tech, data, reporting and payroll
• Building and implementing beautiful onboarding experiences in a way that is engaging and scalable
• Supporting our leaders with building out talent frameworks and career pathways
• Working with teams to develop and implement best in class templates for hiring key roles

? What are we looking for:

• HR experience is not 100% required but would make for an easier landing- the best people bring their experience to the table and create innovative new ways of working!
• An aptitude and enjoyment of technology is key
• A reasonable understanding of data and how to create insights that support decision making
• Be great to work with! We love coming to work. Our clients are amazing, we get to be creative everyday and see the impacts of what we do- we need this to be true for everyone we work with
• Ability to manage a high workload and project manage

This would suit someone looking for a super flexible environment as it will likely be around 10 hours a week to start and morph into more in time as there is more demand. Should you have an interest in recruitment, this will likely happen more quickly.
