We’re looking for an Admin VA/Personal Assistant to join our team as soon as possible, starting with 20-30 hours/month, with the potential to grow.
The Admin VA/Personal Assistant who joins our team will have 1-3 years of experience in assisting an online business with client onboarding, inbox management, schedule management and other administrative duties.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
As part of your role includes inbox management, the successful applicant must be able to commit to 30-90min of daily administrative support, Monday-Friday sometime between 6am and 6pm PST.
Rate will be determined based on experience and skillset, starting at $25 CAD/hr.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Inbox and schedule management using GSuite and Acuity.
– Client onboarding and offboarding using Dubsado
– Client and student technical support for Thrivecart Learn+ platform
– Facebook community management, including adding and welcoming new members
– Booking appointments
– Additional administrative and personal assistant tasks as requested
**Bonus points if you are located in Victoria, BC and can assist with the following tasks: **
– Assembling and mailing client packages
– Support with in-person activities, including photoshoots, filming for social media, live events
– Running errands
