Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Welcoming and ushering guests to the most appropriate tables
- Be familiar with the menu, service procedures and current promotions
- Provide assistance to guests concerning general queries at the restaurant
- Assist in the coordination of bookings by promptly responding to email and phone inquiries
- Assist in smartly monitoring the table rotation and guest waiting list
- To handle any guest complaints and inform the immediate Supervisor
- Monitor table turnover to ensure maximum sales
- Record regular customers’ data
- To collate guests’ feedback and ensure guests have a pleasant dining experience
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
