Job Details:

• Monday-Friday
  
• 8:30 am- 5:00 pm
• 
  Pay Range – $20-$26/hr

Maintenance Scheduler duties include:

• Organize and coordinate work orders for all Maintenance Technicians
• Communicate with all departments of Empire Property Management to track the status and completion of work orders
• Troubleshooting issues over the phone with the resident to avoid having to send a technician for quickly resolved maintenance

Requirements:

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of administrative/clerical experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service/presentation skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple schedules.
