Empire Recruitment are seeking a HR Administrator with immediate start.
To be the HR Team specialist and ‘go-to’ person for first line HR queries whilst enhancing the relationship with the business by working on continuous improvement projects. To provide administrative support to the operational HR team being the subject matter expert for all administrative systems.
· Ownership of completion and development of reporting on a monthly basis, at the moment this would include the following however this list is likely to expand as business needs are established.
· Overtime reporting for Payroll
· Compliance reporting (from the LMS System) to the Business Accounting manager
· Starters, Leavers reporting to business units
· System and data ownership of the eMPP & MPP (appraisal) systems including being the UK & IE point of contact for Essen Head Office. being a point of contact for any errors or queries that arise during the process.
· The point of contact for all Bond (HR System) queries. Escalating with Bond’s support team and keeping a log of all problems for review as and when needed. Ownership of the upkeep and structure of the HR Info ‘tree’.
· Project to restructure the tree and make more user friendly
· Upkeep Monthly data validation
· Complete ownership of the LMS system, including (but not limited to);
· Data integrity (i.e. Starters / Leavers / Changes / updates etc)
· The administrative system support of the Ocean and Air training program i.e. New Starters, Enrolments, Set ups, SOP’s , Status reports etc.
· Enrolment of employees on all e-learning course as and when directed
· Ownership of the maintenance (not necessarily the content) of all HR SharePoint sites for including (but not limited to);
· HR SharePoint site
· HR Team Page
· Overtime
· Temp Workers
· Administration support for the Operational team
· Maintaining new starter files through to probation end
· Maintaining the HR Info Inbox
· Ownership of notifying the Healthcare providers (Westfields and Vitality) of any changes / starters / leavers
· Long service reporting to payroll and notifying the managers
· Processing long service awards
· Processing Sickness forms
· Password resets
· Thomas International cost recharges.
· Reference requests
· Stationery ordering
· Maintaining probation tracker to ensure all documents and required checks are in place
· Benefits administration
· All Contracts, Change letters and Resignation acceptance letters
· People doc (on-boarding system) super user
· Minute taking at ER meetings
Other
· Overtime queries
· Supporting L&D Advisor in organizing training
· Supporting Recruitment Advisor with organizing recruitment events and career fairs
· To abide to the Compliance Policies and Procedures of the Company.
· Take reasonable care of your own and other people’s Health & Safety in the workplace.
· Report hazards in your work or in your work environment that may be putting your or anyone else’s Health & Safety at risk.
· In addition to this you are required to carry out any other duties as reasonably requested by your Manager.
