The developer roles we’re recruiting for will have relevant level experience with the tech stack we use in our products – Typescript, React, C# .net, and Azure :

• Develop high-quality code in an agile team

• Self-organize to deliver solutions with other roles like Designers, Product managers and Architects
  
• Work on the back end from time to time (even if you’ve never done this before)

We believe our ideal applicant will demonstrate the following attributes:

• Strong knowledge of React, modern state management systems and TypeScript
  
• Hands-on experience with modern UI(s) libraries and form frameworks
  
• Solid understanding of Rest APIs
  
• Database knowledge is an advantage
  
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn new things
  
• Proven problem-solving skills and abilities
  
• Have the necessary visa and work rights for employment in Australia
  
• The ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) at a technical and business level
  
• Have good self-management skills
  
• Possess a collaborative working style that fosters good teamwork
  
• Possess graduate qualifications in an appropriate software development discipline or equivalent experience
  
• Have demonstrated experience working in an Agile software development environment
