Position Description:
Emtec seeks energetic and conscientious candidates for Property Specialist positions onsite at its client in the El Paso, TX area. This role will require long hours sitting at a desk (approximately 80% of the time sitting) entering asset information into a asset management program (PC’s, Laptops, etc.). The remaining time would be walking through the client site doing occasional sweeps looking for assets that may be missing or misplaced.
Duration: 2 weeks to 2 months. Possible extensions.
Hours: 2 resources needed on day shift (7 am to 7 pm) and 1 on the night shift (7 pm to 7 am)
Work Day: 12 hour work shifts
Work Schedule: 14 days, then 2 days off
Responsibilities include but may not be limited to:

Following instructions

Data entry into client database
- Completing reports and time reports as required
- Gathering hardware and storing properly
Must Have Skills:
- Minimum high school diploma
- Experience working with computers using standard office programs, database software for data entry
- Ability to follow instructions
- Ability to sit for long periods
- Strong, accurate typing skills
- Ability to work shifts
Preferred Skills:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) an asset
Professional Skills:
- Strong attention to detail skills, ensuring accurate data entry
- Punctual
- Strong team and individual player
- Maintains composure during all types of situations and is collaborative by nature
- High standards of professionalism, consistently producing high quality results
- Self-sufficient, independent requiring very little supervision
