Elsadene is an established care home, close to the heart of Weymouth, where we support people with enduring Mental Health needs in a safe and caring environment. We support recovery by fostering hope and independence through a strength-based approach to mental health and well-being.

We are looking for people who are committed to offering quality, person-centered care and support to a fantastic group of people who will make you very welcome. Previous experience as a care assistant or support worker is not essential as we think who you are is more important to us than what you’ve done before.

Support Worker, Days. Full Time & Part Time positions available. You will be joining a great team as part of a company which aims to support people to live their best possible lives.

Support Workers earn £9.00; plus 50% for bank holidays; employer sponsored pension scheme; generous annual leave entitlement; fully paid induction and on-going training programme; fully funded Diploma and Care Certificate training; occupational maternity pay and paternity benefits; occupational sick pay.

All posts are subject to satisfactory DBS. An informal visit will be undertaken following interview; the visit allows you to find out more about the role and just as importantly it allows the people we support to meet you.
