Endless Energy Hiring for HVAC Scheduling Coordinator Job at Marlborough, MA Full Time

Endless Energy, a growing energy efficiency company, established for almost 40 years, is seeking strongly detail-oriented, communicative Office Assistant/Customer Service Associate to continue support our HVAC division.

This role will work with the HVAC Project Manager and Master Electrician to be ensuring strong and prompt communication with HVAC customers and crews, thorough tracking of projects

Responsibilities:

• Field customer inbound calls passed on by the Customer Care team
• Connect with HVAC customers during various stages of the project installation or service process
• Assist in ensuring project are properly advanced and setup in Salesforce from the sales team to the HVAC installation team
• Ensure that the finance team has all documentation needed to process rebates and warrantees
• Facilitate regular communication between HVAC and electrical, finance, and Mass Save/insulation departments
• Keep HVAC Project Manager and Master Electrician up-to-date on status of crews at job sites.

Requirements:

• Extremely good communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• High comfort with technology, ideally with past experience with Salesforce and the Google Suite
• Ability to deal with customers’ challenges while keeping a positive disposition in the workplace
• Comfort working on computers and with digital systems (such as Word, Google Docs, and Salesforce)
• Multi-lingual preferred

Pay: $28.00 – $30.00 per hour
