Job Description
AECOM’s Cost Management team is looking for an influential, collaborative, and vibrant Practice Leader to support the continued growth of our nationwide practice. This role presents a career-defining opportunity for a driven cost management professional to play an instrumental part in delivering our services to clients across both the horizontal and vertical sectors.
What Will a Day In This Role Look Like
This role will see you providing inspirational leadership, coaching and mentoring to a well-established, national Cost Management team, building and strengthening our long-term client relationships and continuing to raise our profile and reputation within the sector, serving as an active and visible champion of the multi-disciplinary services we offer.
Using your strong client-focus and developed networks, you will grow and diversify our Cost Management business into new sectors including water and energy transition whilst continuing to deliver our core buildings and civils projects to a high standard, and lead our team to deliver timely, innovative, and high-quality project outputs.
