Enerworld Hiring for Data Entry Clerk/Customer Service Representative at Floral Park, NY Full Time

Enerworld is an intermediary energy brokerage company. We are looking to fill a Data Entry Clerk/Customer Service Representative position. The ideal candidate will be computer savvy, have a keen eye for detail, and have excellent oral and verbal communication skills. The company will rely on you for handling sensitive data that is easily accessible through its digital database.

The ideal candidate must be proficient in organization, general math skills, analyzing information, attention to detail, administrative writing skills, thoroughness, and verbal communication.

Essential duties include but are not limited to:

• Data Entry in our proprietary CRM database
• Managing price lists obtained from suppliers
• Day-to-day email correspondence with suppliers and brokers
• Reading, replying to, and filing emails
• Provide phone customer service support to brokers
• Verify data by comparing it to source documents
• Provide other administrative functions as needed

Requirements:

• Data Entry: 2 years
• Customer Service: 2 years
• Microsoft Excel: 2 years
• Must be able to read, write and comprehend the English language
• At a minimum, a High School diploma or equivalent

Preferred but not required:

• Energy expirence
• Bachelor’s degree

Job Location: Remote or hybrid options available

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
