A fast-growing Irish company is expanding their finance team and looking to hire a Finance Billing Executive.

The business has seen impressive growth in recent years, expanding its product offering. They are now in the process of recruiting talented finance professionals to meet and support the recent growth.

As Billing Executive, you will report to the Head of Finance and take ownership of the entire billing process.

You will:

• Ownership of the day-to-day operation of the Billing Process.
• Ensuring that invoices are issued accurately and in a timely manner.
• Liaison with Sales Order Management to resolve blocks / queries for prompt billing.
• Review Network Billing due dates to ensure timely processing to assist with DD collection.
• Reporting and ensuring that projects and work in progress are being billed in accordance with completion.
• Ensure the processing of credits in strict adherence to credit note policy.

Experience:

• Prior experience in a Billing function
• Solid excel skills
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
