Engage People Hiring for Client Services (Alternative Lender) Job at Dublin , Ireland Full Time

One of the industry leaders in the alternative lending space are looking to add a client services representative to their invoice finance team in South Dublin. Known for providing a best-in-class client experience, and for building lasting relationships, this organisation prides themselves on delivering rapid turnaround times and keeping on top of market trends.

While you will manage your own client accounts book, the team works closely together to resolve technical issues and manage the back-end processes. While the business is well-established in Ireland, the increasing popularity of alternative financing solutions means there are strategic plans in place to grow the team further throughout 2022.

You will:

• Build and maintain relationships with a varied SME client base
• Allocating payments against invoices as per client requests
• Verifying invoices with relevant parties, following risk protocols
• Resolve technical queries quickly and effectively
• Following up on overdue invoices

The ideal candidate:

• Third level degree, with upwards of 3 years experience
• Strong rapport building skills, and ability to effectively multitask

Salary / Remuneration: €35,000, with a benefits package including healthcare, pension contribution of 10% and a lucrative bonus structure(this is worth 15-20% of basic salary, paid monthly). There is a hybrid working policy in place, with most team members WFH at present.
