What We Are Looking For:
RONE is looking for dynamic, hard-working, and personable Administrative Assistant to join our dedicated team of professionals. As an Administration Assistant, you will strive for excellence, be attentive to detail, and put your expertise to use by assisting our office staff. Our Admins take pride in accurate documentation to please our clients and company superiors.
Job Set-Ups Description:
Will train on ElmTree
Input and verify time on reports turned in manually and from tablets from the Technicians on a daily basis
Once time inputted, print out cover sheets, attach to report and distribution to Admin in charge of distributing the work
Special Projects as Needed
Requirements:
– All Microsoft apps experience
-· Strong organizational skills.
– Excellent written and oral communication.
-· Experience in supporting multiple people and have the ability to multi-task.-
– Strong communication and organizational skills.
· Self-motivated, driven, and energetic personality with an exceptional work ethic.
– History of exceeding goals and expectations.
– Ability to project and maintain confidence and enthusiasm
