Enlighten Talent has partnered with Maycroft Construction to find a great Health and Safety Manager. (We would also be interested in hearing from you if you are looking more at a Senior Advisor level).

About the Role:
As the driving force behind our Health and Safety function, you’ll utilise your expertise to shape a culture of safety excellence. Your role extends beyond enforcing compliance – you’ll actively coach and mentor our leadership group, employees, and the H&S team, ensuring that health and safety practices are not just followed but deeply embedded in our organisation.
You will:
On our wish list is someone with a blend of field/site experience and strategic acumen. You’ll be equally comfortable on-site as you are discussing high-level strategy with the exec team. If you’ve got a track record of identifying and managing critical risks, developing policies, and enhancing safety systems, this could be your dream job.

You are excellent at building positive relationships, influencing and communicating and driven by unwavering integrity, a deadline-focused work ethic, and strong time management. Your knack for achieving results through persuasive relationship-building sets you apart, ensuring successful collaboration and impactful outcomes from working with senior leadership to being onsite.
We enthusiastically welcome fresh perspectives, particularly if you’re currently in manufacturing, forestry, or any other heavy/high-risk industry and ready to diversify your career in Health and Safety.
