Qualified applicants

• Minimum of one (1) year experience in a medical office setting working as a Front Desk Receptionist
• EMR experience is required. Our office uses ECW (EClinicalWorks)
• Medical Assistants are welcome!

Job responsibilities

• Insurance verification with computing patient financial responsibility; preparation of superbills and pre-visit data/records
• Appointments and general medical office responsibilities shared among all the employees
• Check in and check out
• Nightly closing/balancing

Hours:

• The position begins daily at 8:00 a.m.
• The end-of-shift varies.
• Two days per week end at approximately 4:30 pm.
• Two potential late days per week requires that the staff member stay until clinic is completed. This may be as late as 5:30-6:15 on occasion.
• On Fridays, we finish at approximately 3 pm.

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary is negotiable depending upon experience
