Entain Looking for Creative Designers – Expression of Interest at Auckland, Auckland, New Zealand Full Time

We are forming a new duo in Auckland who will be the go-to creative for TAB and we would love to hear from you!

At Entain the customer is at the centre of what we do, and the Creative Team are the visual connection between the business and the customer. The work the Creative Services Team produce is often the customer’s first impression and interaction with the brand, so it’s important that our visual communication is a high-quality, consistent representation of the brands; is underpinned by strategy and; promotes a positive, fun and safe experience.

Who We Need….

A Senior Designer: Someone who has a keen interest in kicking off their leadership journey, who will lead the NZ team and be the largest hands-on contributor to the brand’s creative direction. The key accountabilities for this role will be;

• Generate strong, innovative ideas and concepts across a range of digital and print media, advertising, and marketing materials to agreed style guides
• Make sure the brand is reliably represented across all visual assets and help maintain the brand’s visual identity throughout the business
• Knowledge sharing and mentoring the other team members (we are on the lookout for!)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate ideas and concepts to internal teams colleagues
• Workflow Management, Process efficiency, File organisation.

Next up, we need a solid Mid-Weight Designer: This role owns the day-to-day workflow, ensuring brand, product and retail messaging is being created in a high-quality and efficient manner; the templates we use are correct and up-to-date; and the roll-out of the visual solutions across the range of digital, animated and print requirements follows the correct process. The key accountabilities for this role will be;

• Respond to creative briefs by producing high-quality, on-brand artwork across a range of digital, animated and print collateral, taking responsibility for the entire process from initial brief to artwork delivery
• Work in collaboration to understand project requirements and goals, provide creative input and suggestions, and achieve creative approvals
• Help find creative solutions to design challenges with the team – balance out-of-the box and critical thinking while keeping the brand guidelines in mind
• To support more junior members of the team, helping them learn and grow where possible.

And finally.. we would like to add a Junior Designer: Someone looking to gain valuable experience with the opportunity to work on multiple projects simultaneously, balancing the fast-pace and tight deadlines. You might be tertiary qualifications in Graphic Design or similar (or working towards) and will need to be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (especially PS / AI / ID).

• The key work that this role will deliver will be closely guided by style guides and templates, however there is always opportunities to contribute to creative concepts and larger scale projects, so enthusiasm and proactivity in this area is welcome.
• You will have a natural attention to detail and confidence in time management, ensuring that your creative meets the brief requirements and is delivered on deadline.
• You should display confidence within your work, while still being able to find the joy in feedback.
