Where and how you can work :

This position is located in Auckland, New Zealand. We also have offices in Wellington, Darwin, Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane. At Entain AUS & NZ, we value a flexible work environment and support a hybrid working model, allowing employees to spend two days a week at the office, ensuring work-life balance and individual preferences.

Your day-to-day…

• Manage the recruitment lifecycle for various positions across New Zealand with the assistance of the broader Talent team
• Coordinate with HR Advisors and business units to understand talent acquisition requirements, setting expectations and managing processes.
• Provide support and expertise in making sound hiring decisions, including candidate screening, interviewing, and recruitment administration.
• Proactively source candidates through a variety of tools – building and maintaining appropriate talent pools and pipelines.
• Support the delivery of a market-leading candidate experience aligned with our employer brand
• Manage and optimize the end-to-end process of candidate selection, interviewing, feedback and offer process through Workable our Applicant Tracking System)
• As appropriate, work with agency partners to strategically source applicable talent

About You…

• Demonstrated experience managing the recruitment lifecycle, particularly within a corporate setting, involving job creation and posting, screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.
• Experience in a corporate Talent Acquisition function or within an agency
• Familiarity with diverse recruitment systems and platforms, such as Workable and LinkedIn Recruiter etc.
• Possess a robust advisory and collaborative skillset, coupled with a flexible and operational approach.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in an exceptionally fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and tasks; a pragmatic approach is crucial for success.
• Have a passion for building and growing successful teams.
