Entegee Hiring for Assembler (1st Shift) – $22/Hour-$24/Hour at Methuen, MA Full Time

Our client in Methuen, MA is looking for Production Technicians on 1st Shift

Pay Rate: $22/Hour to $24/Hour

1st Shift: 7:00am to 3:30pm

Must pass Background Check, and Employer & Education verifications

**Looking for folks with strong mechanical and electro-mechanical background**

Production Technician Responsibilities

• Assemble electro-mechanical subassemblies and finished level products per applicable documentation.

• Test products or subassemblies for functionality or quality and fill out paperwork.

• Generates assembly records for system Device History Records (DHR)

• Troubleshoot problems with equipment, devices, or products.

• Maintain a neat and organized work area (5S methodology).

• Perform test protocols for product qualifications.

• Set up and operate production equipment in accordance with current good manufacturing practices and standard operating procedures.

• Separate scrap or waste materials for recycling, reuse, or environmentally sound disposal.

• Assist in material cycle counting activities as requested.

• Support engineering development activities.

• Ability to use a variety of tools and equipment (torque wrenches, hand tools, power supplies, meters, fixtures tooling)

• Familiarity with GMP environment; reading & checking Bills of Materials, schematics, and machine/assembly drawings.

• Experience working for a medical device manufacturer preferred.

• The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 15 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
