Responsibilities
Enterprise Holdings is seeking a Manager to support our rapidly growing Cloud Engine product and infrastructure portfolio. As a Manager on the Cloud Enablement Engineering Team, you will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and support of our cloud products and services that support a wide variety of Enterprise Holdings business application solutions hosted in AWS.
You will provide leadership to a growing team with diverse skill sets, maintain client commitments, security policies, and a high-performance work culture. You will recruit, select, on-board, and develop talent for several positions, focusing on selecting candidates with strong work ethic, integrity, and ownership. You will partner with the Cloud Enablement leadership over center of excellence activities including cost and security governance. In addition, you will quickly understand stakeholder challenges, communicate these to the technical team, and translate these challenges into operational products and processes to address them head on.
As a Manager, you will be responsible for defining and achieving the goals, objectives, processes and resources to support the overall strategic vision. You will also be responsible for developing and retaining strong performers and preparing them for future responsibilities. You will collaborate with Department Managers and other leaders to identify and plan for resources needed to accomplish goals put forth by the stakeholders. You will also identify, develop, and implement policies, standards, and procedures that support team activities while ensuring individuals adhere to and support them.
This is an exciting role in a fast paced, collaborative team that strives to build and foster close working relationships with its software development stakeholders, Cloud Enablement Practice and other cloud focused EHI IT Teams.

Qualifications
Required:
Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
The IT Manager role requires 6 or more years of related experience
Prior experience successfully managing people and leading a team
Must have intimate knowledge of SDLC (software development lifecycle)
Must have experience in communicating, managing, planning, directing, coordinating, organizing, controlling, and reporting on assigned projects
Knowledge of computer system and concepts including servers, storage, database, middleware, and networking
Must have experience and passion for finding ways to do things better, faster, and more cost-effective
Experience in establishing operational objectives and work approach; delegating assignments; reviewing results to determine success of operation
Must have strong relationship management skills with the ability to establish and maintain solid relationships with peers, vendors, senior management, and other departments within IT
Must have a professional attitude, demonstrate a strong sense of ownership, ambition to grow our customer base, delite and impress existing customers, and have a willingness to expend extra effort when necessary or required
Must be able to influence positive team dynamics and collaboration to collectively reach goals and objectives
Must be able to effectively manage problems and resolve conflict as it happens
Sets high standards for performance and follows through on performance requirements
Experience in coordinating restoration of service activities related to outages and on-call activities
Must be committed to incorporating security into all decisions and daily job responsibilities
Preferred :
Intimate knowledge of Agile development practices and lifecycle and corresponding tooling (Jira)
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related field preferred
Experience with Cloud technologies and Cloud organizational structure
Experience with creating and maintaining solution roadmaps
